Shipping & Returns

Shipping Orders

Once your order is received and processed, “in stock” items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Items “available to order” will be shipped within the deadline stipulated for each product. In times of high number of orders, deadlines may extend up to 7 working days.

Destination times vary depending on the distance and accessibility of your city. Some cities, including cities with little population, may need additional time because the contracted carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier, which may take 3-4 days longer than usual. Please note that all delivery services contracted by Topgim are carried out on the ground floor, and the carrier may refuse to deliver the goods inside apartments, clinics, gyms or other establishments, especially high-volume orders. If the order is of high volume or weight, it is the responsibility of the customer to take the order home. It's helpful to have a wheelbarrow available. For an additional fee, you can request a truck with a lifting platform.

For liability reasons, carriers are prohibited from taking packages into public and private establishments. If you live in a location with limited access to your property, you will be responsible for transferring your order from the nearest access point.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS from our shipping department confirming that your purchase has been shipped, and providing carrier information, tracking number and instructions.

Your shipment leaves our facilities in perfect condition. When you arrive please check for damage or incorrect quantities before signing. Any damage to the content must be notified on the bill of lading for a claim against the carrier. Failure to inspect the order prior to signing limits our liability as well as that of the carrier.

If a delivery is refused, the customer is responsible for all delivery and handling costs incurred in both directions.

Incorrect shipping information

If an order is returned or there are additional charges due to an incorrect delivery address or incorrect telephone number, the customer will be responsible for all delivery costs.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges can be made within a period of 20 days after the invoice date.

Returns can only be initiated within a period of 15 days after the invoice. All returns must be approved before sending a product back. All products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If a returned product is not in the original packaging under the above conditions, it will not be accepted.

For both situations – exchanges or returns – if it is the responsibility of the customer, the delivery and carrier costs in both directions will be the responsibility of the customer. Otherwise, Topgim will assume the delivery/return costs.

Delivery Costs

When your order is completed, with your complete address, the system will calculate the delivery cost. This value depends on the weight and volume of your order and the distance from our warehouse. With your order, country and zip code you will receive the shipping cost before any payment.
