Multipurpose elastic band 5cm wide and variable length. The Velcro on both ends allows you to fix and adjust them anywhere: goals, posts, arm, leg, waist, etc. They can be used as a high jump bar, volleyball net, badminton or tennis, power and speed training, goal division, ground marks, etc. More than 180 different uses in schools, clubs and rehabilitation clinics.
